The regulation provides a variety of credits that can be used to meet part or all of a BACT obligation for a given year. These include:

• Excess Truck and Bus Regulation Credit
• Credit for Early Repowers
• Credit for Early Replacement
• Reduced HP Credit
• Credit for Early PM VDECS
• Credit for Interim Replacement
